Everything you need to write about Quotrr: brand assets, the palette, a founder bio, and a direct line. If you are covering us, reach [email protected].

What Quotrr is, in one line

Quotrr is the operating system and reputation network for home-service contractors. Run the work, prove the work, grow from it. Built by a working pool contractor in Sacramento, starting with pool and landscape pros.

Boilerplate, copy-and-paste: Quotrr turns every finished job into proof the contractor owns. Contractors quote on site, send the proposal as a link, and the customer signs and follows the whole job in a live portal. Every completed job becomes a verified outcome, a review the contractor cannot scrub, and a legible 0 to 100 Quotrr Score. Quotrr does not sell leads.

Brand assets

SVG, scalable to any size. Use the light version on light backgrounds and the dark version on dark. Do not recolor the mark, stretch it, or place it on a busy photo without clear contrast.

The palette is warm and restrained. Red is the accent, never a background. Near-black ink does the work.

Sparing emphasis only. The accent, never a background.

Page background. The product reads like a premium print catalog.

Logo mark, primary actions, the color that does the work.

Ink text

Body and heading text.

Surface white

#FFFFFF

Cards and raised surfaces.

Forest green

#2E7D45

Positive states and verified-outcome accents.

Founder bio

Quotrr is built by Nestor Romero, a working pool contractor in Sacramento who runs Phenomenal Pool by hand. He is building Quotrr to be the tool he wanted for his own shop, so the business can run without him. The plan is to start with the trades he knows, pool and landscape owner-operators in Sacramento, and earn the right to grow from there. No claims about a big team or a war chest, because that is not the truth yet.

Short version, for a byline: Nestor Romero is the founder of Quotrr and the owner of Phenomenal Pool in Sacramento.

The proof behind Quotrr

Quotrr is not a thesis on a slide. It is built by a working contractor on a real business, and dogfooded there before anything ships.

  • Phenomenal Pool and Landscape, Sacramento. Triple-licensed in California, CA license #1109912, covering C53 swimming pool, C35 lathing and plastering, and C27 landscape. The plaster crew is in-house, which is the part most builders subcontract.
  • Real numbers, not ranges. The business quotes pool replaster from about $6,500 and a new build from about $55,555. Quotrr exists to put a real number in front of a customer on the spot.
  • One shop, one license, one crew. That is the model Quotrr is built around, and the reason the founder wanted software that records the work instead of selling leads.

For fact-checking, the license is verifiable through the California Contractors State License Board. Press contact for these figures is [email protected].

Quotrr today

An honest snapshot of what is live, verified on 2026-06-03. Where something is still a preview, it says so.

  • The web product and marketing site, live at quotrr.com.
  • The iOS app, built in SwiftUI, in TestFlight ahead of App Store review.
  • A Cloudflare edge API at api.quotrr.com.
  • Bilingual throughout, English and Spanish.
  • Eleven side-by-side competitor comparisons, a help center of more than thirty articles, an active blog, and trade and city landing pages.
  • An agent surface: a published llms.txt and an MCP server preview at mcp.quotrr.com, so AI agents can read and, with consent, act. The agent endpoints are preview, so check that one responds before building against it.

How to write about us

  • Spelling. The product is Quotrr, two r's. The founder is Nestor Romero, not Ernesto. His pool business is Phenomenal Pool and Landscape.
  • What we are. An operating system and reputation network for home-service contractors. Free to run the work. The reputation a contractor builds belongs to them.
  • What we are not. Not a lead marketplace. We do not sell leads or auction a job to four pros. Not a big funded team. We are early and say so.
  • Voice. Plain and specific, like a contractor across the table. If a draft sounds like a hype deck, it does not sound like us.
  • Numbers. Run any figure past us before print so you do not cite one that is out of date.

Recent mentions

We are early, and we would rather be honest than pad this list. There is nothing to cite here yet. We are inviting press to cover Quotrr.
